Once I’m the Lead on a project, what do I need to do?

• Kick Off: Set up the kick-off directly with the customer
• Project Management: Manage the project as you see fit, tips below. [If you do not want to be the PM on the project (Agency Projects), you need to flag with the Partner and bring on a PM if needed.
• Scope and Timeline: Track & flag accordingly.
• Feedback and Check-Ins(required): Mandatory Monthly.
