There is no cancellation fee for a Huddle.

The first month (30 calendar days) of any Huddle reservation is nonrefundable.

Month to month, 3 & 6 month Huddles: After the first 30 days (non refundable), customers can cancel any time before the next invoice. If you pay for a month & cancel mid month, customers can use any remaining time already paid for with the Huddle members, as long as work is completed within the current month

12-month Huddle subscription

Customers with a 12 month commitment must inform their partner (written notice) that they’re cancelling their Huddle at least 2 weeks before the next invoice. If the customer’s invoice is deployed on the 30th of the month, the customer must send a written cancellation request on the 15th of the month. If the customer informs the partner anytime after the 15th, they must pay for the first 2 weeks of the following month. Customers can use any remaining time already paid for with the Huddle members.
