There is no cancellation fee on Huddle. Customers can use any remaining time already paid for with Huddle members, as long as work is completed within the current month.
The first month (30 calendar days) of any Huddle reservation is nonrefundable. After month one, Huddle protects each worker for the remaining time left on any project or monthly subscription up to two “build days” per Huddle teammate. (1 build days = 8 hours of work.)
In the event of a termination, Huddle customers are obligated to pay for Builder Services rendered before termination, plus remaining reserved build time up to two build days per each teammate included in a Huddle reservation.
For monthly subscriptions of any length terminated mid-month, Customers are obligated to pay the lesser of: (a) remaining build time for the current month, or (b) two build days. If build time remaining during the month exceeds two build days, a refund will be issued.
Builder Services rendered before termination equates to the number of calendar days from the start of the project duration to the date the Customer provides written termination notice to Huddle, divided by the number of total calendar days of the project or month.
