What are the requirements to becoming a Lead?

You are:

• Professional, engaged and can represent Huddle.
• Jazzed about working with customer and helping the Huddle community grow.
• Able to scope deliverables and retainers in your area of expertise
• A good listener, can understand our customers’ challenges, and make a recommendation.
• Can provide input on project proposals, ie. deliverables, timing, people, etc.
• Have a strong, rich profile built out on Huddle

You have to attend ONE Lead Orientation Meeting

• What’s Lead Training?
  • It isn’t your typical ‘business’ meeting. You get to meet fellow future $leads and $core Huddle members who talk you through how being a lead works and the process.
  • We try to keep to 1 hour with questions along the way.
  • Occurs Monthly

After you have attended the Lead Training, you will receive:

• $lead Badge on Huddle App - thus the ability to be a First Match on projects
• Invitation to join the #Leads Slack Channel on Huddle - where projects drop first
• Toolkit, resources and support from the $core Huddle team - to ensure project success
• Lead Guidelines Deck and protocol for how to run a project once you’re on it
